The training is free
Take on an Apprentice and the Welsh Assembly will pay for their training. Any company in Wales – no matter what size – can take part.

You won’t have to provide it
Your local College will sort out the training. You provide the hands-on work experience, a safe working environment and time for the Apprentice to learn their trade. The College will do the rest for you.

You decide what
An Apprentice can be trained to do the job you want them to do – to industry-recognised standards. The skills they’ll learn will directly benefit your business.

Sort out your skills gaps
Develop existing staff or recruit new trainees. Either way, they’ll gain nationally recognised qualifications and you’ll gain a more responsive and motivated workforce.

Aprenticeships are available at craft, technician and management level – in pretty much every industry you can think of.

Improve staff loyalty
You could reduce your staff turnover, gain a skilled and motivated workforce and increase company loyalty.

Increase customer confidence
And repeat business. Qualified and knowledgeable staff will keep your customers coming back.

Take on an Apprentice. End up with a Graduate.
Work-place training opportunities are available all the way up to university level. Your Apprentice could keep on training at work until they get an HNC, HND or Foundation Degree.
